memorial day part 1...

I had a very busy Memorial Day weekend. I should have called this post swimming pools, play houses and grandparents. My grandma and grandpa Tygrett came for the weekend. I got a new playhouse (with a door and a slide, yeah) for my birthday. I also got a swing but I am not too sure about that yet...we'll see. I swam in my pool for the first time and had a lot of fun. It was a busy weekend, I even took some steps all by myself to grandpa...I am a pretty big girl...check me out in my red, big girl chair in the pictures. Well, since it was so busy I am going to go and get caught up on some rest, see ya!

pretend birthday...

Hi! I am feeling so much better, in fact, we celebrated my birthday again today so that I could have some cake...boy I liked that, I got really dirty and sticky and it kind of messed up my hair (as you can see). I like this birthday thing, my grandma and grandpa Tygrett are coming next weekend and mom and dad say that we are going to do birthdays again, can you believe it!

birthday bailey...

I am now officially one, not sure what that means but it did mean that I got to open lots of boxes with paper on them and see lots of family members. My great-grandma and granpa Troy came all the way from Pennsylvania to see me along with Aunt Cindy and Uncle Danny. I have had a stomach virus for the past four days so I was pretty sick for my birthday and made mommy sick too. Neither of us were able to eat any of my cake or birthday dinner. My cake was my friend Grover (he makes me laugh all the time) that my Poppy made me for. Mom and dad froze some cake so that I can eat some when I feel better. Here are some pictures from my day, just some highlights: when you get a box, it is always a good idea to try to sit on it, I got a doll and a cradle and I thought I should try to sit in that instead of my doll, I got som great books, clothes and lots of other things.
