just me saying hi....

Happy Friday! I have had a hard time this week because I keep rolling myself over when I am asleep and then I get myself caught in all kinds of funny places in my crib and I wake myself up. I think that I should get the hang of this pretty soon. One of the pictures on here is of my living room and I wanted to show it to you so I could tell you what I did last night…dad was on the phone and mom was on the computer and I was on my blanket in front of the couch. Nobody was paying attention to me so I decided to go exploring and rolled my way from in front of the couch all the way to the wall by the table with the wrought iron legs on it. I stopped at the wall and just kind of laid on my side by the wall, talking to it. I had a good time…I really have this rolling thing down pat! I am also working on figuring out which fingers I want to suck, I was working on my thumb but now I am going for either two or three other fingers…it is serious and hard work as you can see from my picture. Well, I need to go and take a nap so dad can get some things done today. Have a great weekend!

hi...it's me!

Well, we all survived our first week with me going to the babysitter's. I actually really liked having so many new friends to play with, today Hattie and I were working on learning our ABCs, I think Hattie may get them before me though. Here are some pics from the week, one is me getting ready for a bath (so I am not wearing too much, shock, the indecency of it!). The other ones are to show you how strong I am getting when I lay on my stomach, I am so frustrated because my legs won't take me anywhere...soon though, I can tell. The last picture is one that mommy says should have this caption, "But daddy, why can't I have that pony? Look at me, I am such a good girl, don't you want to give me anything that I want?"

first day at the babysitter's...

Today was my first day at the babysitter's. I had a great time with my new friends Tate, Levi and Hattie. They showed me all kinds of great toys and we played new games. I think that I am really going to like going to Miss Linda's (but shhhh...don't tell my mom and dad I said that!). Well, I am off to bed, I am really tired from my big day! Here are a couple of pictures that Miss Linda snapped of me while we were playing today...every time she tried to take a picture I stopped smiling...I am sneaky like that! Good night!

Here are some pics of me (imagine that!). One is to show you how relaxed I always am when I sleep, mom and dad know if I am in a deep sleep by the fact that I like to sleep with my hands behind my head...there is a picture of me and my "big sister" Danielle when we stopped to eat dinner after being in Chicago for the day (we went to the art musuems, the Monets were my favorite). Oh, and I can now roll from both my back to my stomach and my stomach to my back and I can grab both of my feet at the same time, yeah! Hope you had a great weekend!

so tired from traveling...

I was so tired from traveling I could hardly stay awake...the camera shakes a bit but that's because everyone was laughing at me...that's not very nice!

well traveled baby...

This past week sure was a very, very busy one. I went on a six state adventure with my mom and dad. We stopped in Ohio to see Uncle Jesse, went to Pittsburgh and I got to meet a lot of my family members that I have never met before and I got to meet dogs for the very first time...don't tell Dakota dog but I liked Pokey dog the best! I got to meet all of my great-grandparents on my mom's side, my cousins Brad and Erin and Uncle Danny and lots of second and third cousins and aunts and uncles. Then I went and visited my Nana Tygrett for a day. What a busy trip and I did even more than that - I rolled over all by myself and discovered my feet while we were gone, can you believe it! I am pretty tired and right now just finished a bottle and have a very full belly so I think I am going to go and take a nap...bye!
